Research Associate - Fresher

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and conduct research studies, experiments, or surveys; gather data from various sources; and develop data collection tools.
2. Analyze both primary and secondary data using statistical techniques; summarize results; and be able to interpret findings.3. Prepare comprehensive written reports.4. Work closely with senior researchers, project teams, and other staff to design studies, manage research, and achieve project goals.

Note:

1. Training hours will be from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and post-training working hours will be from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
2. The role follows a 5.5-day working week.

3. Candidates with an educational background in B.Pharma, M.Pharma, MCA, or BCA are eligible to apply for this role.
