The role involves onboarding new vendors, building long-term relationships, and driving business growth through innovative strategies. This is a high-impact role with lucrative commission-based earnings. --- Key Responsibilities Identify, approach and onboard vendors across domains like events, hospitality, education and retail. Build and manage strong relationships with partners to ensure long-term collaborations. Develop and execute business development strategies to expand ThinkUni’s vendor base. Negotiate pricing, contracts and partnership terms to close profitable deals. Collaborate with the strategy team to identify growth opportunities and market trends. Ensure seamless vendor integration into the ThinkUni platform. Achieve monthly/quarterly targets with high accountability and ownership. --- Requirements Prior experience in vendor acquisition, business development, or sales. Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
