We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telecaller – Sales (Insurance) to join our in-house sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, understanding their insurance needs, and offering the right plans to help them secure their financial future. If you have excellent communication skills, a convincing personality, and a passion for helping people, we’d love to hear from you! We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Executive to manage day-to-day operational activities related to life, health, and general insurance. You will play a crucial role in policy handling, renewals, and customer coordination. Key Responsibilities: Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Generate leads, follow up on new business opportunities, and set up client meetings. Create proposals, pitch presentations, and business plans for potential clients. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall growth. Maintain knowledge of market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met. Report on business development activities, sales performance, and pipeline progress. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (1-3 years preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Confidence in making cold calls and handling client objections. Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint).
