Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager, Dr. Rupal Nanda is responsible for driving growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships, and expanding the organization’s reach. The role involves a balance of strategic planning, market research, and hands-on execution to strengthen the business presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through trust and value-driven engagement
• Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Create business proposals, pitch presentations, and tailored solutions for clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions
• Meet and exceed revenue and business development targets
• Represent the organization at conferences, events, and networking opportunities
