Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Sales Manager (Micro LAP) based in Bhopal. The role involves managing and driving business performance, identifying potential customers, building and maintaining relationships, and achieving sales targets for Micro LAP products. The BSM will also ensure compliance with regulatory standards, lead and motivate a team, and provide innovative solutions to meet client needs while contributing to the overall growth of the bank.

• Proven expertise in Business Development, Sales, and Customer Relationship Management
• Strong skills in Financial Analysis and Risk Assessment
• Leadership and Team Management capabilities to guide and motivate sales teams
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving, Decision-Making, and Negotiation skills
• Proficiency in relevant banking software and technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Prior experience in small finance banks or microfinance institutions is a plus
