About the Role

Broker (Corporate Leasing)

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the
corporate leasing portfolio
for the company.
Identify and engage with corporate clients, brands, and MNCs for office/retail space requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with
builders, developers, property owners, and investors
.
Generate, manage, and close leasing mandates, ensuring successful transactions.
Handle
end-to-end client relationship management
from requirement gathering to deal closure.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and real estate opportunities.
Drive
direct sales initiatives
to achieve business targets.

Requirements

Graduate/Postgraduate with
5 8 years of experience
in corporate leasing or commercial real estate.
Prior experience working with
IPCs (International Property Consultants)
or reputed real estate firms is preferred.
Strong
network and connections
with builders, developers, and corporate clients.
Proven track record of
successful leasing transactions
with top brands/corporates.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of leading the leasing business independently.
