About The Opportunity

Hiring for a client in the MarTech & Customer Engagement sector that designs and executes lifecycle marketing, personalized messaging, and automated campaigns at scale. The role sits within a cross-functional marketing-technology team focused on driving retention and engagement using Braze-driven orchestration across email, push, in-app, and web channels.Location: India (On-site)Role & Responsibilities

Implement, manage, and optimize Braze campaigns using Canvas, Segments, and Campaign workflows to deliver targeted messaging across email, push, in-app, and web channels.
Author and maintain Liquid templates and dynamic personalization logic to support user-level segmentation and real-time content rendering.
Integrate Braze with backend systems and analytics platforms using Braze REST API for event ingestion, user profile updates, and campaign triggers.
Build responsive HTML/CSS message templates and validate rendering across major email clients and device types; troubleshoot deliverability and rendering issues.
Instrument and validate client-side integrations with Braze SDKs (mobile/web), perform QA on tracking events, and ensure data fidelity for lifecycle campaigns.
Partner with Marketing, Product, and Analytics to define experiments, A/B tests, measure campaign performance, and translate insights into optimizations.
