Role: Braze Developer

Duration: 1 year + extensions.

Budget: 18 LPA to 20 LPA

Technical and Functional Skills:

• Hands-on experience in producing automated, data-driven marketing campaigns and automations (plan, build, test, edit, and deploy) with

  Braze

  , API integrations, and troubleshooting campaign issues.
• Expert in HTML, CSS, especially modular and atomic codebase design; expert in templating language(s) such as Liquid, AMPScript, RPL or JavaScript, Json, experience with APIs and SQL. Working knowledge of GitHub and VSCode.
• Strong in Braze inbound and outbound integration
• The candidate should have experience in Data model design, Personalization in campaigns with Liquid/API trigger fields, Webhook, API, HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Should possess good understanding on Digital Marketing deliverables.
• Able to create custom profile and preference centre using web app
• Experience in Tool like HPQC/JIRA/Service now etc.
• Clear functional understanding Digital Marketing domain for email channel and SMS channel, Campaign workflows, Access management, Folder hierarchy, tracking reports, message centre, configuration of emails using HTML content

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and own the development and management of scalable solutions and processes for CRM team marketing message synchronous composition across channels, using various languages like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, Liquid and data manipulation language such as SQL etc
• The Braze Developer will work closely with marketing teams and manage end-to-end campaign execution - email, push, and SMS campaigns/Canvas.
• This role offers the chance to collaborate with cross-functional teams, utilize cutting-edge tools and technologies and make a significant impact on the success of CRM initiatives.
• Unit testing and creation of unit test cases and test log.
• Perform Code review and maintain code review tracker
• Assist in UAT and SIT defect fixing.
• Build error and exception handlers to prevent unhandled risks

• Possess a strong technical background, including knowledge of integrating multiple platforms and marketing channels
• Solid understanding of data management and database concepts.
• Strong business case/user story development and implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, channels and tactics.
• Exposure of creating solutions based on campaign requirements
• In-depth knowledge of relevant integrations and automation for complex builds
• Should know building multi-channel journeys
• The candidate should process good communication skill and preferably should have a Braze Certification. (Developer, Marketer)
