Branding Manager

Key Responsibilities

Branding & Promotion

• Develop and execute branding strategies that align with the college’s vision and positioning.
• Ensure

  brand consistency

  across campus, digital platforms, promotional material, and external communication.
• Collaborate with the design team for creative requirements; make basic edits using Photoshop if needed.
• Maintain branding guidelines and update them periodically.

Event Coverage & College Activities

• Oversee branding and

  event coverage for college events

  , including fests, induction programs, seminars, HR conclaves, and placement drives.
• Manage branding deliverables such as

  banners, standees, backdrops, and digital creatives

  for each event.
• Work closely with faculty coordinators, student committees, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.

Communication & Coordination

• Act as the

  liaison between college management, departments, vendors, and external stakeholders

  .
• Support internal communication campaigns to keep students and staff updated about events and achievements.
• Prepare branding and event reports with key outcomes, coverage highlights, and improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Design, or related field.

• 1–2 years of experience

  in branding, communication, or event management (experience in education preferred).
• Basic working knowledge of

  Photoshop

  or similar tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent coordination, planning, and multitasking abilities.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in

  digital promotions & social media content

  for academic institutions.
• Familiarity with tools like Canva/Illustrator/CorelDraw.
• Prior experience in an

  academic or event-heavy organization
