Branding Manager

We are looking for our next Branding Head at ICAD!

At ICAD, we believe education is not just about coaching – it’s about building trust, inspiring students, and connecting with parents on an emotional level. That’s why we’re looking for a Branding Head who can take our story to the next level.

If you enjoy creating powerful campaigns, blending digital storytelling with on-ground visibility, and shaping how students & parents see a brand, this role is for you.

What you’ll be doing:

Shaping and strengthening ICAD’s brand identity across IIT-JEE, NEET & Foundation coaching

Designing campaigns that connect with both students and parents

Driving digital presence through reels, testimonials, success journeys

Building strong offline visibility with events, school collaborations & OOH campaigns

Leading a passionate marketing team to bring ideas to life

Who we’d love to meet:

Someone with 10+ years in branding/marketing (ideally in EdTech or coaching sector)

A creative leader who understands student & parent psychology

Experienced in ATL, BTL, Digital & PR campaigns

A storyteller at heart, with a sharp strategic mindset
