Job Description

As a Branding Manager, you will be responsible for leading the strategic development and execution of our brand and marketing initiatives. Your primary goal will be to build a strong brand identity, increase market awareness, and drive customer engagement through integrated marketing campaigns. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with company goals, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels and materials, conducting brand audits and competitor analysis, and managing visual and verbal brand identity such as logos and tone. In terms of marketing campaigns, you will be required to plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, social, and events platforms. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to support product launches and promotions will be essential, as well as tracking and reporting performance metrics for all campaigns. You will also oversee the content marketing strategy, including blogs, videos, newsletters, and social media, manage SEO/SEM, email marketing, and online advertising initiatives, and leverage analytics to optimize digital performance and customer journey. Building relationships with media, influencers, and partners to enhance brand visibility will be part of your role, as well as planning and executing events, exhibitions, webinars, and sponsorships to boost brand engagement. Furthermore, you will lead and mentor a team of marketing and creative professionals, working closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to align branding efforts. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in brand management and marketing leadership roles, a strong understanding of current marketing trends and digital tools, excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work under pressure. A creative thinker with a strategic mindset, an MBA in Marketing or a related field, experience in B2B/B2C branding and digital marketing, and knowledge of performance marketing metrics and CRM tools are preferred qualifications. This is a full-time position with a morning shift schedule. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and a total of 8 years of work experience is preferred for this role.,
