Job Description_

Key Strategic Responsibilities

1. Brand Vision & Leadership

 Own and define Comapany brand vision, identity, and long-term positioning.

 Transform the brand into a national-level agricultural leader.

 Shape brand culture and communication tone across all departments.

 Build narratives that stand for trust, expertise, innovation, and farmer prosperity.

2. Market Intelligence & Field Understanding

 Build advanced farmer insights, regional behaviour models, and competitor understanding.

 Travel regularly across markets to gather first-hand intelligence from farmers, retailers, and

field teams.

 Convert ground learning into strategic branding decisions.

3. National Branding Strategy (Digital + Physical)

 Design integrated branding frameworks covering:

o Retail branding

o Hoardings, wall paints, POS materials

o Farmer meets, kiosk branding, demo events

o Digital campaigns, reels, influencer content

 Ensure strong brand presence across all touchpoints with measurable impact.

 Drive consistency and quality across states.

 Deep understanding of agri ecosystems & rural consumer behaviour

 Strong creative judgement and brand storytelling ability

 Digital-first thinking with strong command over social media, content, and analytics
