As a Branding Manager in the Agrochemical Manufacturing industry based in Indore, MP, you will play a crucial role in shaping the brand vision and leadership of the company. Your responsibilities will include: - Own and define the company's brand vision, identity, and long-term positioning. - Transform the brand into a national-level agricultural leader. - Shape brand culture and communication tone across all departments. - Build narratives that embody trust, expertise, innovation, and farmer prosperity. You will also be responsible for: - Building advanced farmer insights, regional behaviour models, and competitor understanding. - Traveling regularly across markets to gather first-hand intelligence from farmers, retailers, and field teams. - Converting ground learning into strategic branding decisions. In addition, you will design integrated branding frameworks covering retail branding, hoardings, wall paints, POS materials, farmer meets, kiosk branding, demo events, and digital campaigns. You will ensure a strong brand presence across all touchpoints with measurable impact and drive consistency and quality across states. Key Skills & Leadership Traits required for this role include: - Visionary leadership with strategic depth - Deep understanding of agri ecosystems & rural consumer behaviour - Strong creative judgement and brand storytelling ability - Digital-first thinking with a strong command over social media, content, and analytics - Expertise in managing large, multi-region branding operations - Relationship-building with influencers, field teams & industry experts - Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and execution excellence - Ability to convert insights into scalable brand actions This full-time position offers a competitive package of 12 to 15 LPA and benefits such as cell phone reimbursement and Provident Fund.
