Branding Executive

Responsibilities

• Support execution of

  branding and communication initiatives

  in line with company objectives.
• Assist in managing

  corporate and employer branding

  across social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.
• Create and coordinate content for

  posts, brochures, presentations, banners, and promotional materials

  .
• Support

  recruitment branding

  activities including job postings, walk-in drive promotions, and hiring campaigns.
• Coordinate with

  design agencies, printers, and digital marketing vendors

  for branding deliverables.
• Ensure

  brand consistency

  across all communication materials.
• Assist in organizing

  corporate events, employee engagement initiatives, plant visits, and CSR activities

  from a branding perspective.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet branding needs for

  B2B clients

  stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Min 1 - 2 year of experience in branding, PR, or social media management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Good negotiation skills and ability to maintain vendor relationships.
• Experience in event coordination is an advantage.
