Branding Executive

Job Summary

The Branding Executive will be responsible for managing and executing all branding and decoration requirements for corporate merchandise. This role includes coordinating branding processes such as screen printing, embroidery, UV printing, embossing, engraving, DTF, DTG, sublimation, and other decoration techniques. The candidate will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure high-quality output, timely delivery, and brand accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end branding process for corporate gifting products.
• Coordinate job orders with production vendors and ensure branding specifications are accurate.
• Assess branding feasibility based on the material, design, size, and packaging requirements.
• Review artwork files (AI, CDR, PDF, PNG) and ensure they meet branding standards.
• Create and share digital mockups with clients and internal teams for approval.
• Conduct physical proofing and manage approvals before mass production.
• Monitor quality control to ensure print accuracy, color consistency, and finishing standards.
• Maintain branding tracking sheets and update stakeholders on production status.
• Collaborate with the procurement, sales, and dispatch teams for smooth workflow.
• Research new decoration methods and technologies to improve efficiency and quality.
• Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate pricing and timelines when required.
• Troubleshoot production issues and suggest corrective action.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Knowledge of branding & printing techniques like screen printing, UV printing, sublimation, embroidery, embossing, engraving etc.
• Ability to understand artwork formats and design alignment.
• Strong project coordination and vendor management skills.
• Eye for detail & quality control.
• Basic knowledge of design tools (Illustrator / CorelDraw / Photoshop preferred).
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Printing Technology, Visual Arts, Graphics, Textile, or any related field).
• 1–3 years of experience in branding or production operations within the gifting, printing, textiles, or packaging industry.
• Knowledge of printing materials (fabric, metal, plastics, leather, wood, etc.) is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
