Role Overview: As a Brand & Vendor Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to manage relationships with external vendors and support the execution of brand strategies. You will ensure consistent brand representation across all vendor-supplied materials and facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners to enhance performance, product delivery, and brand alignment. Key Responsibilities: - Vendor Management: - Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers. - Coordinate vendor onboarding, contracts, and compliance with company policies. - Monitor vendor performance, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services. - Evaluate and negotiate vendor agreements and terms. - Brand Coordination: - Assist in executing brand initiatives across marketing, retail, and e-commerce channels. - Ensure all vendor-supplied materials align with brand guidelines and quality standards. - Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal rollouts. - Coordinate with design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging. - Administrative & Operational Support: - Maintain updated records of vendor contacts, agreements, and performance metrics. - Process purchase orders, invoices, and documentation for vendor-related transactions. - Track budgets and expenditures related to vendor partnerships and branding activities. - Prepare regular reports on vendor performance and brand initiatives. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Serve as a liaison between internal teams (e.g., marketing, procurement, sales) and external vendors. - Facilitate communication and follow-ups to ensure project milestones and brand goals are met. - Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. - 2+ years of experience in vendor coordination, brand support, or related roles. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and ERP or procurement systems. - Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deadlines. Preferred Skills: - Experience in retail, fashion, CPG, or e-commerce industries. - Familiarity with branding and merchandising principles. - Knowledge of procurement or sourcing best practices.
