Who Are We?

We’re Honeycomb Creative Support, a marcom agency with 17+ years of experience in branding, digital marketing, design, and content. Our client list includes Tanishq, Decathlon, Taneira, Titan Watches, Edward Lifesciences, Infosys, Ogilvy, Bosch, Abbott, ITC, and more. But that’s not all—we also run three sister brands:

  • Photostop - An artist’s archive for fine art print needs.
  • Anamala Homestay – A dreamy getaway resort in Kerala.
  • Mudkart – An eco-construction material supplier.

We’re expanding our social media and creative team to handle branding and marketing for our in-house brands while also working on external client projects. The better you get, the more high-impact projects you can take on.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop and execute brand strategy for clients and in-house brands, whether it’s a single brochure, a full social media mandate, or a multi-channel campaign.
  • Break down complex strategies into insights for design, copy, video, and account teams so ideas are taken forward flawlessly.
  • Develop pitch decks, brand playbooks, and campaign plans that align with client business objectives and sales targets.
  • Act as the brand custodian, knowing the brand inside out and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Present ideas confidently to internal stakeholders and external clients, bringing clarity and conviction to every discussion.
  • Mentor and motivate interns and junior strategists/creatives, encouraging them to push the envelope in both strategy and creativity.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and turn them into actionable insights to optimize future campaigns. (Yes, the numbers are important)
  • Collaborate closely with founders on priority brand initiatives and high-impact projects.


Additional responsibilities you may own:

  • Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps.
  • Develop positioning frameworks and messaging guidelines for brands across B2B, B2C, and D2C segments.
  • Keep a pulse on emerging platforms, tools, and creative trends to future-proof brand strategies (This is the ‘AI-compulsory’ part of the JD.)


What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 3–4 years of hands-on experience in

    brand strategy and campaign planning

    (agency or brand side).
  • A deep understanding of

    B2B, B2C & D2C marketing

    , including digital and traditional channels.
  • Proven ability to spot weak briefs and transform them into actionable, high-impact campaigns.
  • Strategic thinker who can ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, and guide teams toward excellence.
  • Experience with brand marketing analytics, insights, and performance metrics.
  • Communication: You can talk strategy, sell ideas, and get everyone excited without sounding boring.
  • Curious, scrappy, and always looking for smarter ways to get things done.
