Key Responsibilities: Research, conceptualize, and execute strategic, creative, and integrated campaign ideas aligned with brand objectives Write clear, compelling strategy and creative decks Create and guide monthly content marketing calendars for various brands Identify digital and social trends to create standout campaigns Innovate on content formats, digital touchpoints, and engagement strategies Lead internal brainstorms and contribute to creative development Collaborate with creative, content, and servicing teams to deliver high-impact solutions Present strategies, trends, and benchmarks to clients and internal teams Desired Skills & Qualifications: Strong understanding of marketing & advertising, especially in the digital space Passionate about or familiar with the luxury and hospitality industry Excellent multitasking and time-management skills Up-to-date with social media platforms, trends, and campaign formats Able to translate brand goals into actionable digital strategies Proficient in creating strategy and creative presentations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Experience: 3–5 years in a social media/strategy/copy/servicing role within an advertising or digital agency Proven track record in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns Experience in content production, influencer marketing, scripting, search, websites , and branding Experience in creative writing is a plus 📩 To apply, send your resume and portfolio to sakshis.tjs@gmail.com Show more Show less
