Responsibilities

• Develop and execute clear brand strategies aligned with client goals.
• Conduct research on market trends, audience behavior, and competitor positioning.
• Build brand narratives, messaging frameworks, and communication guidelines.
• Work closely with the design and content teams to maintain brand consistency.
• Plan campaign storylines, content pillars, and creative direction.
• Monitor brand performance and adjust strategies based on insights and data.
• Present strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reinforce the brand vision across touchpoints.
• Support the development of digital campaigns, launches, and content strategies.
• Manage brand collaborations and opportunities to expand visibility.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of brand strategy experience in a digital marketing or creative agency (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of brand positioning, storytelling, and communication frameworks.
• Experience with market research and consumer insight analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to transform insights into strategy and concepts.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience working with designers, content teams, and marketing teams.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Basic understanding of digital platforms, content formats, and trends.
• Experience with analytics tools is a plus.
• Proficiency in presentation tools (Google Slides/PowerPoint) preferred.
