Brand Sales Manager

The role of Brand Manager at NoBroker involves generating sales and addressing customers" marketing/advertising needs with a customer-first approach. Your primary responsibilities include identifying potential brands/companies, onboarding new clients, ensuring client retention, and leading a team to achieve set goals. You will also be involved in campaign planning, execution, and monitoring, aligning with clients" briefs, and ensuring revenue targets are met. This position offers exposure to various clients from different industries and collaboration with marketing teams of companies of all sizes. Your day-to-day tasks will include identifying new brands/companies, leading a team of brand managers, translating brand elements into strategies, connecting with clients, planning advertising campaigns, monitoring market trends, and coordinating with internal teams for campaign execution. Relationship management is key, as you will need to build strong client relationships, foster a culture of high performance and innovation within the team. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Brand Manager or Associate Brand Manager, the ability to develop brand and marketing strategies, identify target audiences, and devise effective campaigns. Strong analytical skills, creative thinking, data-driven mindset, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of marketing best practices are essential.
