About Us

At WedMeGood (WMG), we are India's leading wedding discovery and planning platform. We partner with top wedding venues to elevate their online presence and brand identity. This role mirrors an agency model - working closely with premium venue partners to manage their social media, branding, and PR efforts through the WMG lens.

Role Overview

As a Senior Associate, you will be the go-to branding and visibility expert for a portfolio of high-performing venues on WedMeGood. Your job is to build their digital presence, tell their stories creatively, and drive visibility and engagement through content, social media strategy, influencer/PR tie-ups, and brand design coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Venue Branding & Strategy:
  • Understand each venue partner's USPs and brand identity.
  • Develop tailored branding plans that align with their goals and WMG's audience.
  • Regularly audit and suggest enhancements to their WedMeGood profile.
  • Social Media Management:
  • Own and execute content calendars for venues across Instagram and other platforms.
  • Collaborate with in-house/external designers for creatives, reels, and carousels.
  • Monitor analytics and engagement metrics to refine strategies.
  • PR & Influencer Collaborations:
  • Identify influencer marketing opportunities aligned with the venue's aesthetic.
  • Coordinate styled shoots or wedding influencer visits, if relevant.
  • Craft PR stories or features in WMG editorial or partner publications.
  • Content Curation & Visuals:
  • Source, select, and manage photo/video content from venue shoots or client weddings.
  • Brief and coordinate with photographers or editors where required.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Serve as the single point of contact for the venue's branding & marketing needs.
  • Present performance reports, share insights, and gather feedback regularly.
  • Coordinate with the sales and listings team for smooth execution.

What We're Looking For

  • 1-4 years of experience in social media, content, PR, or brand marketing.
  • Experience in managing clients or accounts (agency experience is a plus).
  • A good aesthetic sense, eye for detail, and understanding of visual storytelling.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with the wedding or luxury hospitality space is a bonus.
