What You’ll Do

• Identify and onboard emerging design brands, makers, and creators aligned with BY ORBYT’s aesthetic.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with partner brands.
• Negotiate and manage collaboration terms, pricing structures, and timelines.
• Track and manage the partnerships pipeline through clear documentation and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the content and strategy teams to spotlight partner brands across campaigns.
• Conduct market scans to stay ahead of trends, categories, and new players.
• Represent BY ORBYT at relevant design events and exhibitions.
• Hire and mentor interns or junior team members as the function grows.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong interest in

  design, interiors, lifestyle, or luxury.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Prior experience in partnerships, brand strategy, or business development (1–2 years preferred).
• Proactive, organised, and excited to work in a
