About the Role We’re looking for a Brand Partnerships Lead to drive the discovery, onboarding, and relationship management of design-forward brands and creators across India. This is a high-responsibility, high-impact role at the heart of BY ORBYT. You’ll work directly with the founder to identify aligned creators, forge strategic collaborations, and build a strong network of design labels, artisans, and modern makers. Because we’re a growing startup, you’ll own this vertical end-to-end from strategy and execution to building your own team of interns and associates as we scale. What You’ll Do Identify and onboard emerging design brands, makers, and creators aligned with BY ORBYT’s curation aesthetic. Build and maintain long-term relationships with partner brands. Negotiate and manage collaboration terms, pricing structures, and timelines. Track and manage the partnerships pipeline through clear documentation and follow-ups. Collaborate with the content and strategy team to spotlight partner brands across campaigns. Conduct market scans to stay ahead of trends, categories, and new players. Represent BY ORBYT at relevant design events and exhibitions. Hire and lead interns or junior team members in the partnerships domain as the function grows. What We’re Looking For Strong interest in design, interiors, lifestyle, or luxury. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strategic mindset with an eye for good design and strong aesthetics. Prior experience in partnerships, brand strategy, or business development (1–3 years preferred).
