Brand Partnerships Lead

As a Brand Partnerships Lead at BY ORBYT, you will play a crucial role in driving the discovery, onboarding, and relationship management of design-forward brands and creators across India. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and onboarding emerging design brands, makers, and creators aligned with BY ORBYT's aesthetic. - Building and maintaining long-term relationships with partner brands. - Negotiating and managing collaboration terms, pricing structures, and timelines. - Tracking and managing the partnerships pipeline through clear documentation and follow-ups. - Collaborating with the content and strategy teams to spotlight partner brands across campaigns. - Conducting market scans to stay ahead of trends, categories, and new players. - Representing BY ORBYT at relevant design events and exhibitions. - Hiring and mentoring interns or junior team members as the function grows. To excel in this role, you should possess: - Strong interest in design, interiors, lifestyle, or luxury. - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. - Strategic mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics. - Prior experience in partnerships, brand strategy, or business development (12 years preferred). - Proactive, organized, and excited to work in a fast-moving startup. - Leadership mindset - someone who takes ownership and wants to grow with the brand.
