Role Overview


We’re looking for a Brand Partnerships Lead who specialises in brand partnerships and monetisation. In this role, you will identify, pitch, and execute revenue-generating marketing collaborations — from sponsorships and co-branded campaigns to long-term brand alliances. You’ll play a key role in driving top-line growth while shaping the cultural footprint of Crepdog Crew.


🔑 Key Responsibilities


Monetizable Partnerships


Lead outreach and negotiation of sponsorships, brand tie-ups, and co-branded campaigns.


Identify potential partners aligned with our audience, and structure win-win deals with measurable commercial outcomes.


Brand Collaboration Management


Develop and manage the lifecycle of collaborations, from ideation and planning to execution and post-launch analysis.


Work with creative, content, and sales teams to bring partnership stories to life.


Campaign Strategy & Execution


Plan and execute campaigns tied to monetised partnerships, ensuring performance goals are met (visibility, engagement, and revenue).


Ensure campaigns are aligned with brand tone, culture, and commercial objectives.


Sponsorship & Deal Structuring


Create proposals, pitch decks, and partnership packages tailored for potential sponsors.


Work closely with leadership and legal teams on deal structuring and contract negotiation.


Market Intelligence & Network Building


Stay up-to-date on market trends, partnership opportunities, and what’s resonating in the streetwear, youth, and lifestyle spaces.


Build and maintain a strong network across brands, agencies, and creators.


✅ Requirements


4–6 years of experience in marketing roles focused on partnerships, sponsorships, or brand collaborations.


Proven success in structuring and executing monetized brand partnerships.


Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.


Experience in creating partnership proposals, pitch materials, and deal presentations.


A good understanding of cultural marketing and what resonates with Gen Z & millennial audiences.


Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
