Role Overview: As a Customer Experience Specialist at Aliens Tattoo, you will play a crucial role in implementing the business strategy by providing an immersive experience to customers and driving sales. Your primary mission will be to convert prospects into loyal customers by attending to their queries in real-time through calls and chats, ultimately enhancing the overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Make calls and reply to direct chats in real-time to connect with leads - Maintain and follow sales processes and SOPs - Handle inquiries through inbound calls and chat - Build high-quality relationships with prospects, customers, and teams - Maintain CRM database and update leads and customer information - Work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals - Provide correct recommendations and information to leads and customers - Participate in team building activities and HR events - Lead management and lead mining - Achieve sales targets - Coordinate with teams to ensure a seamless customer experience Qualifications: - Minimum completion of high school, graduate preferred - 1+ years of sales and customer service experience - Good communication skills (written and verbal) with persuasive speaking skills - Thorough understanding of prospecting and negotiation techniques - Self-control, self-motivated, empathetic, adaptable, attentive, patient, and ability to use positive language - Effective listening and time management skills - Willingness to improve and ability to receive feedback Company Details (Additional): Aliens Tattoo is a premium chain of tattoo studios that has been leading the industry since its establishment in 2011.
