Job Title: Brand Marketing & Communication Lead – Asianet News Digital & IndigoMusic Location: Bengaluru (On-site) Reports To: Editorial Lead Experience: 8–12 years in brand and digital marketing (digital media/news/music experience preferred) Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Brand Marketing & Communication Lead to drive the brand presence, engagement, and growth for both Asianet News Digital and IndigoMusic. This role blends storytelling, content strategy, campaign execution, and digital marketing across two culturally distinct media platforms—one news-centric, the other music-driven. Key Responsibilities: Brand Strategy & Positioning Define and execute tv brand strategy for both platforms with distinct audience personas and brand voices Maintain consistency in brand messaging across digital, social, radio, and on-ground activations Digital Marketing & Campaigns Lead digital marketing campaigns, including paid media, social content, and influencer partnerships Develop integrated marketing plans aligned with editorial and programming calendars Collaborate with internal teams to amplify content and IPs on digital and social media Communication & PR Manage brand communication and PR efforts—press releases, media outreach, and public statements Build visibility through strategic communication, thought leadership, and brand storytelling Cross-Platform Integration Drive synergies between the radio (Indigo 91.9 FM) and digital (IndigoMusic.com, Asianetnews.com) assets Align marketing efforts across music, news, events, and branded content opportunities Partnerships & Monetization Support Work closely with sales, content, and strategy teams to package and pitch branded content solutions Support partnership marketing with co-branded campaigns and event activations Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master’s in Marketing, Communications, or related field 8–12 years in digital/media brand marketing with experience in both performance and content-led campaigns Strong grasp of digital tools (Meta Ads, GA4, YouTube, CRM platforms) Proven ability to handle diverse audience groups – news consumers & music lovers Excellent creative, communication, and project management skills Show more Show less
