Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Brand Manager located in Chennai. The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing branding strategies, managing brand campaigns, conducting market research, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing market trends, and leveraging data to make informed decisions. The Brand Manager will also oversee the creation of marketing materials and maintain relationships with stakeholders to drive brand growth.

Create promising and engaging content for:

• Company website
• Product catalogues and creatives
• Marketing campaigns

Handle all communication related to the product:

• Across digital platforms
• For internal and external brand messaging

Execute and manage digital marketing strategies:

• Influencer collaborations
• Google Ads
• Full-spectrum digital marketing
• Align product messaging for e-commerce and digital presence
• Maintain consistency in brand voice and tone
• Support and eventually lead a team focused on digital growth
• Skills Required: Strong writing and creative content skills
• Digital marketing expertise (SEO, PPC, social media, influencer marketing)
• Experience in managing product communication end-to-end
• Strategic thinker with execution ability
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Leadership qualities and team-handling potential
• 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing/content roles
• Experience with product or e-commerce brands is a bonus

• Brand Strategy, Brand Management, and Marketing skills
• Market Research and Data Analysis skills
• Project Management and Campaign Execution skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in the telecom or tech industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
