Job Title: Brand Manager – Social Media & Online Reputation
Location: Bangalore, India (On-site)
Working Days: 6 Days
We are seeking a results-driven Brand Manager – Social Media & Online Reputation who will be responsible for driving our brand narrative across digital platforms, ensuring a strong online reputation, and enhancing engagement with current and potential learners. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and has a strong grasp of online reputation management, community engagement, and brand response strategy.
* Monitor, respond to, and resolve queries, complaints, and reviews across platforms including Quora, Reddit, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, BBB, Google Reviews, and Trustpilot.
* Liaise with the Escalation and Customer Success teams to address high-priority issues, minimising negative sentiment and maximising brand trust.
* Track and analyse brand mentions, sentiment trends, and competitor presence using tools like Brandwatch, Sprinklr, or similar.
* Ensure timely, empathetic, and brand-aligned responses across all public channels.
* Improve brand response time by building SOPs for live engagement, crisis response, and FAQs.
* Work with the creative and content teams to tailor proactive communication for campaigns, launches, and brand moments.
* Optimise SERP by collaborating with SEO teams to boost high-ranking, brand-positive content.
* Develop and manage organic content strategies to ensure high visibility and credibility on third-party platforms.
* Coach and onboard new team members; conduct refresher sessions to ensure messaging consistency.
* Share weekly performance dashboards and actionable insights with leadership on sentiment, engagement, and crisis alerts.
* Partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to align messaging, tone, and brand positioning.
* Own and drive reputation-related campaigns like student success stories, testimonial curation, and trust-building initiatives.
* Create organic marketing plans for newly launched programs in coordination with the product marketing team.
* 3–5 years of experience in Brand Management, Online Reputation Management, or Social Media Marketing.
* Hands-on experience with social listening, ORM, and sentiment analysis tools.
* Strong communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
* Ability to handle pressure and time-sensitive situations with maturity and diplomacy.
* Prior experience in EdTech, SaaS, or consumer-facing tech products is a strong plus.
* Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* Certification in Digital Marketing or Social Media Strategy is a bonus.
* Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage performance metrics.
