Brand Manager - Online Sales

Skills: Online Marketplace Management, Promotional Campaigns, Demand Forecasting, E-commerce Platforms, Market Research, Social Media Strategy, We are seeking a passionate and performance-driven Brand Manager - Online Sales to take charge of our own Apparel Brand and drive growth across D2C channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing online strategies to build brand equity, increase traffic, and maximize conversions Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy and Positioning: Build and maintain a strong and consistent brand voice across all digital platforms. Collaborate with the design and product teams to ensure brand alignment in all communications and campaigns. Performance Marketing: Lead digital marketing initiatives (Meta, Google, etc.) to optimize customer acquisition and retention. E-commerce Management: Manage the D2C website (Shopify or equivalent), ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience. Campaign Execution: Plan and execute online promotional campaigns, product launches, discounts and festive offers in coordination with the marketing team . Website Merchandising: Monitor, and update product listings, banners, pricing, and inventory across the site; coordinate with design and tech teams as needed. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with performance marketing, operations, design, and customer care teams to align sales efforts and improve customer satisfaction. Customer Insights & Analytics: Monitor online customer behavior, traffic and conversion data to suggest improvements in user experience, return rates, and order fulfilment. Qualification And Skills Required Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred). 6-8 years of experience in online/D2C, E-Commerce, or fashion brand marketing preferably in reputed apparel or fashion brand.
