What you’ll do:


  • Own the

    brand narrative and visual identity

    across digital, retail, and packaging.
  • Develop and manage the

    content calendar

    — launches, campaigns, collaborations, and key retail moments.
  • Oversee

    photoshoots, video production, and creative assets

    for social, ads, and website.
  • Manage

    co-branding and influencer partnerships

    , ensuring alignment with brand values.
  • Work with agencies and performance teams to ensure

    creative drives measurable results

    (CTR, ROAS, engagement).
  • Build and maintain brand consistency across every touchpoint — from packaging to paid media.
  • Partner closely with founders and leadership on

    marketing strategy, budgeting, and growth planning

    .


Who you are:


  • 4–8 years of experience in

    brand or marketing roles

    , ideally in

    FMCG, D2C, or lifestyle brands

    .
  • Strong eye for

    aesthetics, design, and storytelling

    — you care about how things look and feel.
  • Skilled in managing shoots, creatives, and agencies; organized and execution-focused.
  • Data-aware but brand-first: you can translate insights into creative that performs.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — resourceful, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, growing startup.

Qualifications

  • Brand Management and Marketing skills
  • Experience in Market Research and Data Analysis
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the food industry is a plus
