Brand Manager

About the role

We're looking for a Brand Manager who can blend strategic brand thinking with creative execution across social, digital, and content platforms. If you think in big ideas, live on Instagram trends, and love building brands that customers love, this ones for you.

What Youll Lead:

Brand Strategy + Campaigns

• Drive brand strategy and GTM campaigns for the categories
• Plan, brief, and execute full-funnel brand campaigns ATL, BTL, and digital
• Collaborate with creative, media, and influencer partners to deliver sharp, consistent messaging

Social Media & Content Marketing

• Define and own the social media playbook across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube for responsible categories
• Lead content creation reels, carousels, static, video thats thumb-stopping and brand-worthy
• Build and maintain a distinct voice: grounded, witty, trustworthy, and human
• Spot trends and hijack moments that matter to our audience Influencer & Culture Collabs
• Partner with creators, influencers, and brand ambassadors (yes, including Shah Rukh Khan!)
• Launch UGC-led campaigns and cultural moments that build community

Performance + Insights

• Collaborate with performance, campaign and analytics teams to track category health, organic reach, and engagement
• Use data to refine campaigns and drive growth KPIs

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with product, business, compliance, performance & growth teams for campaign rollouts
• Ensure brand consistency across in-app journeys, notifications, and offline touchpoints

Who You Are

• 58 years of experience in brand or content roles at consumer-first brands (fintech, lifestyle, D2C preferred)
• Hands-on experience in social media strategy and content-led marketing
• Creative thinker with strong copywriting, storytelling, and content briefing skills
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms, digital media formats, and brand tonality
• Hustler mindset – fast-paced, resourceful, and solution-first
• Bonus if you've worked with influencer or ambassador-led campaigns and have basic editing/Canva skills
