Brand Manager

Key Responsibilities

Own and drive the overall brand identity across digital, offline, and performance marketing channels.

Lead and manage the creative team including graphic designers, content creators, content writers, video editors, and interns/IOs.

Conceptualize, plan, and execute integrated brand campaigns for courses, branch launches, placements, events, and admissions cycles.

Define, document, and enforce brand guidelines covering visual identity, tone of voice, and messaging consistency.

Review, approve, and optimize all creative outputs including advertisements, social media creatives, websites, landing pages, brochures, hoardings, and videos.

Collaborate closely with marketing, performance, SEO, and admissions teams to ensure alignment between brand objectives and lead generation goals.

Build, manage, and monitor monthly and quarterly content calendars for social media, website, YouTube, and Google Business Profile (GMB).

Track and analyze brand performance metrics such as reach, brand recall, engagement, creative CTR, and consistency scores.

Mentor and guide team members, improve productivity, and ensure timely delivery with high-quality standards.

Maintain strong quality control processes to ensure all brand communication reflects the companys vision and values.
