GAJAB.com is on the hunt for a bold, hands-on Brand & Marketing Manager — someone who’s not just creative, but also has a sharp business instinct. You should understand the pulse of Indian consumers across Bharat, thrive in chaos, and know how to build brands from scratch with speed and soul.

You’ve ideally worked closely with founders, led campaigns end-to-end, and aren’t afraid to take bold bets. You’ll drive GAJAB’s brand voice — from memes to mass media — into the hearts (and screens) of millions.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Identity & Strategy

Develop and evolve GAJAB’s brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand presence.

• Integrated Marketing Campaigns

• Cross-functional Leadership

Work closely with product, design, content, and sales teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and brand messaging.

• Team Leadership

• Content & Communication Strategy

• Trendspotting & Real-Time Marketing

Leverage cultural trends, social conversations, and digital moments to keep GAJAB relevant and top-of-mind.

• Stakeholder & Vendor Management

Manage influencer relationships, agency partners, and vendors to ensure timely and quality execution of deliverables.

What We’re Looking For

4–7 years of experience

• A strong track record of working in high-ownership, fast-paced environments with direct leadership exposure

• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects, agencies, and deadlines simultaneously

• Highly self-driven, proactive, and capable of working with minimal oversight

• Deep understanding of Indian audiences, especially in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities

• Ability to balance creative instincts with performance insights to make strategic decisions

• Passion for visual storytelling, cultural relevance, and digital-first narratives
