Brand Manager

As a candidate for this position, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing a team to drive the branch's growth and ensure operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include: - Recruiting, training, and coaching employees to enhance team performance and service quality. - Developing and implementing sales plans, analyzing market trends, and identifying new opportunities for business development. - Managing the branch budget, monitoring financial reports, and setting objectives to ensure profitability. - Ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations, overseeing administrative tasks, and maintaining smooth branch operations. - Building strong customer relationships, resolving issues, and gathering feedback for service improvement. - Contributing to branch strategies, preparing performance reports, and presenting insights to senior management. Additionally, the products you will be working with include Gold Loan, Fixed Deposit, Recurring Deposit, and Insurance. This is a full-time, permanent position located in person.
