Area Manager

• Operations Management: Oversee daily operations and projects in multiple locations within a defined region to ensure efficiency and compliance with standards.
• Sales & Performance: Set sales targets for individual locations, monitor performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and develop strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage store or location managers, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing team.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives, making informed decisions based on market trends and data analysis.
• Customer Service: Ensure a high standard of customer service across all locations, addressing customer complaints and resolving issues to maintain satisfaction.
• Resource Management: Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently to support operational goals and projects.
• Hiring new employees: This can involve interviewing candidates, making hiring decisions, and ensuring new hires meet the specific needs of stores within their region.
• Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with company policies, procedures, and local laws and regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
