• lient acquisition: Source and onboard new customers through field visits, lead generation, and community outreach efforts.
• Loan processing: Educate clients on available financial products and guide them through the loan application process. This includes collecting and verifying necessary documents, conducting credit and KYC checks, and completing loan contracts.
• Customer service: Act as the primary point of contact for clients. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support to build trust and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Field operations: Conduct daily field visits to meet with clients, particularly for microfinance programs that use joint liability groups.
• Collection and recovery: Ensure the timely collection of loan installments and other fees to maintain a healthy loan portfolio and uphold credit discipline.
• Financial literacy education: Educate clients on basic financial concepts and the importance of timely loan repayment.
• Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely reports on daily activities, client interactions, sales progress, and portfolio status.
• Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout the lending and collection process.
