Role Description We are hiring a Brand Manager and Video Lead (Advertising) who can be both a visionary thinker and a master crafter of words & visuals. The person will take charge of brand communication across film, print, digital, outdoor, and social media. From national campaigns to local storytelling, this is a role that sits at the heart of Auromira’s creative engine. You’ll generate original ideas, write memorable lines, lead brainstorming, direct visual aesthetics, and ensure that every output aligns with the brand’s voice and business goals. Why This Role is Mission-Critical You will anchor the entire creative narrative—from first pitch to final ad—with language, tone, insight, and imagination. Key Responsibilities Copywriting & Ideation Craft killer taglines, ad films, social media content, print copy, scripts, campaign themes, and headlines. Write long-form brand stories, short-form scripts, and powerful AV lines with clarity and persuasion. Creative Direction Lead brainstorming sessions, campaign development, and creative concepting across mediums. Direct storyboards, brand decks, client pitches, and final executions. Strategic Brand Thinking Understand brand architecture and build communication pillars that are differentiated and memorable. Translate business briefs into emotive and culturally sharp creative ideas. Team Leadership Mentor writers, designers, and editors to elevate their output. Conduct reviews and give narrative + tonal feedback to enhance impact. Cross-Platform Excellence Create ideas that seamlessly work across print, film, digital, outdoor, and reels. Use tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, and Canva to enhance ideation workflows.
