Role Description We are hiring a Brand & Video Lead (Advertising) who can be both a visionary thinker and a master crafter of words & visuals. The person will take charge of brand communication across film, print, digital, outdoor, and social media. From national campaigns to local storytelling, this is a role that sits at the heart of Auromira’s creative engine. You’ll generate original ideas, write memorable lines, lead brainstorming, direct visual aesthetics, and ensure that every output aligns with the brand’s voice and business goals. Why This Role is Mission-Critical You will anchor the entire creative narrative—from first pitch to final ad—with language, tone, insight, and imagination. Key Responsibilities Copywriting & Ideation Craft killer taglines, ad films, social media content, print copy, scripts, campaign themes, and headlines. Write long-form brand stories, short-form scripts, and powerful AV lines with clarity and persuasion. Creative Direction Lead brainstorming sessions, campaign development, and creative concepting across mediums. Direct storyboards, brand decks, client pitches, and final executions. Strategic Brand Thinking/Video Creation/Motion Graphics Ability to Generate Motion Graphics and AI Videos Translate business briefs into emotive and culturally sharp creative ideas. Desired Profile 5+ years of experience in copywriting, video creation, and creative direction Strong portfolio with campaigns that have emotional and cultural depth Exceptional command over English + Hindi + Odia Great team player Show more Show less
