With 3-5 years of experience in the domain, you must have a strong background working with Ad Agencies. As the Human Resources Specialist, your responsibilities will include implementing and managing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, personnel management, and other HR-related tasks. Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations will be crucial, as well as developing programs to enhance employee engagement, recruitment, and retention. To excel in this role, you should possess strong HR and HR management skills, experience in creating and implementing HR policies, and a good understanding of employee benefits and personnel management. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work with compliance and regulatory agencies.
