Green Delight Innovations Private Limited is a social enterprise that started as a student startup in 2018, focused on providing natural feminine hygiene products. Bliss Natural, their flagship brand, aims to reduce plastic waste from sanitary pads by using sustainable Kenaf fibers. The company is Biobased Certified, FDA registered, and committed to reducing carbon emissions and promoting menstrual hygiene and environmental sustainability.

We are looking for a passionate and creative Junior Brand Executive to join our team. This entry-level position is perfect for fresh graduates who are eager to learn about branding, marketing, and brand management. You will assist in developing and promoting our brand identity and ensuring a consistent brand message across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of brand strategies and campaigns.
• Conduct research on market trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights to support branding initiatives.
• Help create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, and promotional materials.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all marketing efforts.
• Assist in organizing and promoting brand-related events and initiatives.
• Monitor and report on brand performance, customer engagement, and feedback.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with a passion for branding and marketing.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
• Basic knowledge of design tools.
• Strong leadership skills to guide teams and align them with brand objectives.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
