As a Brand Executive at Andamen, you will play a crucial role in redefining luxury through craftsmanship, quality, and timeless design. Your responsibilities will include: - Running brand operations end-to-end, including managing calendars, photo shoots, and campaigns. - Overseeing user-generated content (UGC) and influencer activations, handling deals, product operations, and communications. - Developing and executing community programs to strengthen connections and foster brand loyalty. - Assisting in brand storytelling and activations with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications: - 2 - 4 years of experience in retail, luxury, or niche FMCG/startups, with a preference for those with a background in design and marketing (NIFT or design schools background would be a bonus). - Strong operational and multitasking skills, coupled with a meticulous attention to detail. - Creative flair and a keen sense of aesthetics. - Demonstrated ownership, enthusiasm, and a bias for taking prompt action. - Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders and agencies. - Understanding and appreciation of the essence of homegrown luxury. - Comfort working with data and deriving insights would be an added advantage.
