Brand Executive

Mintree is a fast-growing beauty & wellness brand known for innovation, strong digital storytelling, and premium product experiences. We’re looking for a creative and proactive Brand Executive to support our brand growth across digital and offline platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and execute brand marketing campaigns to increase visibility and engagement.
• Manage and grow Mintree’s presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Create and coordinate content for social media—posts, reels, stories, and brand communication.
• Track campaign performance, audience engagement, and market trends to improve brand strategy.
• Work closely with design, marketing, and product teams to maintain consistent brand messaging.
• Assist with influencer collaborations, brand shoots, and promotional activities as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Branding, Communication, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in brand marketing, digital marketing, or social media execution.
• Strong communication skills and a good understanding of social media trends.
• Creative mindset with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands is an added advantage.
