Description
As a Brand Executive at Moustache, your role is crucial in maintaining the brand consistency across all properties to ensure guests experience Moustache at its best. Your responsibilities will include: - **Brand Standards Implementation & Compliance** - Ensure consistent application of Moustache's brand identity across all accommodation properties. - Supervise and approve the installation of signages, in-room branding, collaterals, and visual communication materials. - Conduct periodic checks to confirm adherence to the brand's design, tone, and service guidelines. - **Property & Room Audits** - Conduct detailed property and room audits to assess brand compliance. - Evaluate factors such as cleanliness, room setup, amenities, communication displays, lighting, and aesthetics. - Maintain audit reports and work with operations to address gaps promptly. - **Product & Service Standards** - Ensure the quality, availability, and presentation of linen, in-room amenities, and property-level services are as per brand standards. - Monitor updates, replacements, and discontinuations of amenities to maintain consistency across properties. - Coordinate with procurement and operations to ensure products meet approved brand specifications. - **Marketing Installations & Visual Identity** - Work closely with the Marketing team and vendors to ensure all visual elements meet design standards. - Approve and track brand applications during property launches, refurbishments, and rebranding exercises. - Supervise on-ground setup for consistency and quality. - **Brand Communication & Experience Touchpoints** - Review and ensure accuracy of all communication elements such as in-room collaterals, signage text, property descriptions, and information displays. - Audit digital and print materials for tone, visual alignment, and correctness. - Suggest enhancements to storytelling elements that enrich the guest experience. - **Vendor Management & Procurement** - Identify and onboard vendors for printing, fabrication, signage production, and installation. - Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and quality standards to ensure cost-efficient and timely project completion. - **Coordination & Reporting** - Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Procurement, and Onboarding teams to ensure unified brand execution. - Maintain a centralized record of brand audits, non-compliance reports, and improvement actions. - Share monthly reports summarizing audit findings, property ratings, and corrective measures. In this role, you are expected to have 2+ years of experience in brand operations, quality assurance, or property audits with a strong understanding of hospitality brand standards and guest experience principles. Your eye for detail, visual aesthetics, and design alignment will be essential, along with excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills. You will also be comfortable with extensive travel and on-site inspections.
