About the Role

Brand Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Coming up with concepts, campaigns and long-term plans exclusively for employer branding activities.
• Writing high-quality and error-free copy for all kinds of marketing collateral for media
• Post/schedule on social media accounts and stay active for social media engagement.
• Coordinate with digital, product, and external partners to support integrated marketing activities.
• Assist in the development of communication materials such as brochures, presentations, and scripts.
• Develop and implement offline marketing campaigns and experiential marketing.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute events, exhibitions and brand activations.
• Support the development and execution of brand strategies that strengthen market positioning.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in

  Marketing, Advertising, Branding, Communications

  , or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in

  brand management, events, or offline marketing

  .
• Strong command of written and spoken

  English

  .
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience managing agencies, vendors, and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills

• Impeccable English and creative writing skills
• Great ideation skills and ready to work in a well-defined team structure
• Should take ownership of their individual projects, working in sync with the team, occasionally with other leaders
• Should have worked on digital, web, and branding projects
• Should have basic skills of social media account handling: Meta, LinkedIn
