Job Description

Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, product managers, and development teams, to gather and prioritize product requirements and define product features and enhancements. Product Planning : Assist in the development and maintenance of detailed product roadmaps, outlining key milestones, deliverables, and timelines for product development and launch. Project Management: Facilitate the coordination of tasks and activities related to product development, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams to meet project goals and deadlines. Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance measures to ensure that the developed products meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product updates, developments, and progress to internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and senior management. Team Support: Provide support to the product management team and facilitate a collaborative work environment conducive to innovation and creativity. Required Qualifications and Experience: Prior relevant experience in the BFSI/ Insurance would be an added advantage. Strong bias for action-driving results in a high-performance environment. Should have excellent communication skills along with strong presentation and data analytics skills. Excellent Interpersonal Skills. Added advantage if expert level of proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel)
