Role Overview


experienced and strategic Brand & Creative Strategy Manager

The ideal candidate will develop and manage brand strategies, oversee creative campaigns, and ensure consistent, high-quality brand communication across all touchpoints.

on-site role based in Hyderabad


Key Responsibilities


Brand & Creative Strategy

  • Define and evolve the brand identity, positioning, and tone of voice across digital, print, and on-ground channels.
  • Develop creative strategies for campaigns that enhance

    brand awareness, admissions, and community engagement

    .
  • Partner with design, performance, and operations teams to ensure

    consistent brand storytelling

    .
  • Guide internal and external creative teams on

    visual direction, messaging, and storytelling

    .
  • Utilize data and audience insights to shape

    impactful and relevant campaigns

    .
  • Own and maintain brand guidelines to ensure

    brand integrity

    at every touchpoint.


Copywriting & Content

  • Write

    clear, persuasive, and engaging copy

    for ads, landing pages, brochures, videos, and social media.
  • Craft communication that connects with both

    emotional and rational triggers

    of parents and students.
  • Develop

    campaign taglines, storytelling frameworks, and brand narratives

    .
  • Review and edit content across teams to ensure

    consistent tone and messaging quality

    .
  • Collaborate with designers to create

    cohesive and visually aligned campaigns

    .


Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience

    in brand management, creative strategy, or copywriting — ideally within

    education, D2C, or service-led brands

    .
  • Proven ability to

    balance creative storytelling with performance-driven goals

    .
  • Experience leading

    creative discussions and providing actionable feedback

    .
  • Excellent

    writing, editing, and presentation skills

    across multiple formats.
  • Strategic thinker with a

    hands-on approach

    — comfortable switching between brand decks and ad headlines.
  • Confident communicator, able to present ideas and narratives to senior stakeholders.


Nice to Have

  • Experience in

    school, edtech, or education-related branding

    .
  • Understanding of

    regional and cultural nuances

    in parent and student communication.
  • A

    portfolio

    demonstrating both creative excellence and measurable strategic impact.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Marketing, Communications, Business Administration

    , or a related field.
  • Expertise in

    Brand Strategy, Marketing, and Brand Management

    .
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Proven experience in

    brand development and campaign execution

    .
  • Additional certifications in branding or marketing are a plus.
