Key Responsibilities

• Lead year-round

  brand communication strategy

  across campaigns, seasonal drops, content, CRM, and brand activations.
• Build campaign briefs aligned with design, merchandising priorities, and business goals.
• Strengthen brand positioning through consistent storytelling across digital, retail, and social channels.
• Oversee monthly social media strategy—content buckets, visual direction, performance tracking, and creator/influencer partnerships.
• Lead CRM communication across NL, WhatsApp, RCS, SMS—shaping journeys, segments, and creative direction.
• Use business insights and channel performance data to refine messaging and drive growth.
• Guide cross-functional teams (design, merchandising, social, PR, retail) to maintain a unified brand voice.
• Manage communication for brand collaborations and CSR-led storytelling.

Requirements

• 10–14 years of experience in brand marketing or brand communications (premium/luxury categories preferred).
• Strong command of

  brand positioning, brand awareness building, campaign communication, and social storytelling

  .
• Experience leading multi-channel communication—CRM, social, digital, retail.
• Sharp brand eye with ability to guide creative teams.
• Strong analytical, project management, and leadership skills.
