Role Overview: SIEC India is seeking an experienced and driven Brand and Digital Marketing Manager to lead our brand positioning, marketing strategy, and digital outreach. This role is key to building a strong brand presence in the overseas education space, improving client acquisition, and optimizing our digital performance. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of brand management, campaign planning, and hands-on digital marketing expertise. Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing Strategy Lead digital marketing to boost growth, engagement, and leads. Manage the digital and social media team. Run paid campaigns (Facebook, Google, LinkedIn) with effective budget use and conversion tracking. Use Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other tools to track performance and provide data-driven insights for campaign optimization. Coordinate with teams to create consistent, engaging content and ensuring consistency across digital touch points. Develop and execute SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search visibility. Design and manage drip campaigns to engage and convert leads.. Monitor and optimize website speed, user experience (UX), and lead capture forms. Test new platforms and formats to extend reach. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Review landing pages and user journeys to boost CTAs, CPLs, and conversions. Brand & Marketing Management Develop and execute a consistent brand identity across online and offline channels. Ensure brand consistency across all touch points, including events and campaigns, with attention to details Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote overseas education services Cross functional collaboration with counseling, sales, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. Identify regional outreach opportunities (e.g., school/college partnerships, events, education fair). Experience: 1. Hands-on experience with email automation, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console), and CMS platforms. 2. Preferably experience of school/college tie-ups in the education or test-prep sector Skills: 1. Expertise in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO/SEM. 2. Strong analytical skills and creativity in content strategy. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 4. Leadership and initiative-taking ability 5. Adaptable and open to feedback 6. Strategic thinker with execution strength 7. Proactive, with strong networking and relationship skills. 8. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage projects end to end.
