Brand Activation Manager

As a Marketing Manager at The Arete Group, you will be responsible for planning marketing strategies and budgeting for brand verticals and products. Your role will involve hands-on experience in ATL, BTL activations, and digital marketing. You should be proficient in media planning, having managed a budget of 1CR+. Managing events such as product launches, exhibitions, and photo shoots will be part of your responsibilities, along with supervising advertising, product design, and other marketing forms. Your analytical skills will be essential as you will be using Spreadsheets or Excel for organizing and monitoring changes in product sales, identifying improvement opportunities. Experience in managing creative agencies is required to strategize the digital marketing plan with a focus on targeting for improved business results. Additionally, you will prepare MIS reports through proper analysis of Market Research data using marketing analytics tools and data mining techniques. You will need to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across various channels and touchpoints, plan digital marketing campaigns, conduct marketing activities with partners and business development teams, and coordinate lead generation activities with agencies. Strong multitasking ability, prioritization skills, attention to detail, and meeting deadlines are crucial for this role. Content generation and writing expertise are expected, along with exposure to brand, marketing campaigns, and the OTT ecosystem.
